Before making a proposal, we prefer to get to know our clients, their
organizational culture and their event objectives. As such, if you are
requesting a preliminary proposal, we ask that you take the time to discuss
your event with us, or at the very least complete our Event Profile Form,
available on request. We specialize in custom programs and we are
unable to provide estimated costs for your project without this sort of
information.
